Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
A: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, don't fret! Sometimes, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post tracking can be a bit ahead of schedule. Give it a few days; your package will likely arrive shortly. Meanwhile, it's a good idea to check with your neighbors and your local post office for more information. If your package still hasn't arrived after a couple of days, please reach out to our Customer Care team on Email: within 5 days of the last tracking update with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you promptly!

Q: Why is my order unfulfilled?
A: If your order shows as unfulfilled, don't worry! This simply means that your order is still being processed and hasn't been shipped yet. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking details. 

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We strive to process orders within 3-5 BUSINESS days NOT include weekends or holidays. However, during promotions or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. 

Q: Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?
A: Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we can't make any changes to the shipping address. However, you may still be able to update your address directly through the USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post website. If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we'll cancel and refund your order, and we'll notify you promptly.

Q: Are there any known delivery delays in my area?
A: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control, such as customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes, or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. For the latest updates on delivery delays, please refer to the USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post Service Alerts page and your local post office's website.

We do our best to ship orders to you as quickly as possible.  Depending on your location, your order may take longer than 10 days for delivery due to courier delays or civil unrest and other issues beyond SouqBazzar's control.  

Q: How do I track the delivery of my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number under your Account Details or track your package on our website "Track Your Order". You can track your order using USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post tracking links provided in the email.
